Inviting applications for the role of Solution Consultant-Supply Chain Management Consulting
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Solution Consultant-Supply Chain Management Consulting (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to own the design and creation of deliverables, such as business solution manuals, resource development, and resource specifications. Lead client interviews and current state/requirements mapping. Work directly with clients to lead work streams. Support training plans for End User trainers. Architect conceptual, logical, and physical aspects of Rapid Response (“RR”) Supply Chain solutions to improve and enhance business processes. Responsible for Demand Planning and Demand Supply Chain Balancing, S&OP (Sales and Operations Plan), Demand Management, Inventory Management, Production and Capacity Planning, and Distribution Replenishment Planning. Assess and design streamlined conceptual design by understanding complex functionality requirements ensuring that performance is a top-priority in the Supply Chain Management domain. Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Genpact proprietary methodologies/processes to facilitate the definition and implementation of better strategies, processes, and tools. Perform ETLs (extract, transform, and load) in three phases where data is first extracted then transformed and finally loaded into an output data container. Data and information management. Link business drivers to successful BI (Business Intelligence) solutions. Work in high volume data environments. Design robust, scalable, stable, and reliable solutions in Supply Chain Management by taking into consideration complex end-user requirements from users who are spread globally. Deliver the corresponding RR solution along with persistence, business process logic, and UI (User Interface) layer according to agreed timelines. Coordinate the activities associated with the roll-out of RR application as well as to lead the appropriate configuration and design to overcome current Planning Challenges for the client. Coordinate with global team to share lessons-learned, best practices, and work together with business users in designing solutions for outstanding challenges. Create and effectively manage timelines/budgets. Independently lead teams and projects. Drive product success and customer satisfaction. Deliver standard or customized demonstrations to prospects. Work with Sales teams to drive and validate project timeline estimates.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 30-40%, local and US wide of travel required. $138,070 to $144,973 per year.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $138,070 to $144,973. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
