Product Marketing Manager
Fulltime Opportunity
Scottsdale- Hybrid- 3 days onsite/2 days remote Our client is seeking a high-impact marketing leader who thrives in a startup environment - someone who can operate strategically while executing tactically and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to build something meaningful. You will step into a visible, business-critical role working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and executive leadership team. Initially, you will function as a senior individual contributor across multiple verticals, with a clear path to building and leading a marketing team as the company scales. This is not a "manage what already exists" role. This is a build it, own it, scale it opportunity. Our client prefers candidates with experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, lab sciences, regenerative medicine, peptides, or adjacent healthcare industries. Responsibilities Product & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for:
- Peptide pharmacy and research products
- MUSE regenerative products (exosomes and stem cells)
- High-end, direct-to-provider skincare
- Longevity clinic services
- Own positioning, messaging, and brand architecture across all verticals
- Manage product lifecycle marketing from launch through growth
- Support expansion from a primarily B2B model into future B2C channels
- Create executive-level presentations and marketing materials for providers, partners, and internal leadership
- Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and research teams to ensure compliant and compelling messaging
Growth & Digital Marketing
- Own CRM-driven campaigns (currently HubSpot; open to optimization or change)
- Develop and execute lifecycle and email marketing campaigns
- Oversee social media resources and ensure brand alignment
- Support organic growth and demand generation initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize customer acquisition cost
Agency & Vendor Leadership
- Evaluate, select, and onboard external marketing and creative agencies
- Manage agency relationships and hold partners accountable for performance
- Oversee creative, digital, and campaign execution support
Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration
- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and executive leadership team
- Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical, and research teams
- Build scalable marketing infrastructure
- Hire and lead a marketing team as the company grows
Systems & Tools Experience with the following is preferred:
- HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms)
- Marketing automation, reporting, and campaign analytics tools
- Cin7
- Figma
Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, marketing management, or marketing leadership
- Strong background in pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, peptides, regenerative medicine, or adjacent healthcare sectors
- Startup or high-growth company experience required
- Proven experience launching new brands, products, or verticals
- B2B experience required; B2C growth experience a strong plus
