Position Summary
The Supervisor, Customization is responsible for leading daily operations, overseeing team performance, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role provides direct support to employees, promotes a positive work environment, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily team activities to ensure workflow efficiency and achievement of production or service goals.
- Assign, monitor, and review work to maintain quality standards.
- Train, coach, and develop employees to support skill growth and successful performance.
- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance discussions, and support corrective action when needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Track attendance, approve timecards, and support scheduling needs.
- Prepare and submit reports as required, including productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
- Promote teamwork, strong communication, and a positive work culture.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, timekeeping systems, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to enforce them.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to [X] lbs as required by the department.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions depending on the work area.
Work Schedule
- Fulltime; schedule may vary based on business needs.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
