The Senior Benefits Specialist - Americas supports the delivery, governance, and ongoing management of Rackspace's benefits programs across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia. This role supports a multi-country employee population within a fast-paced, global environment and combines light administrative work with significant vendor, broker, and carrier management responsibilities.
This position requires a dedicated benefits professional with strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate within established governance frameworks. The role partners closely with Global Benefits leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of benefits strategy. This is not a transactional or generalist HR role. Qualifications
$75,000 - $130,000 a year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $130,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
