Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Skilled Nursing | The Alice Center

Shift Differentials: Evening $5.50/hr | Night $7.00/hr

Role: Assist residents with ADLs and carry out RN/LPN assignments safely and on time. Promote independence, dignity, and resident strengths while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.

Per Diem Requirements:

• 16 hrs/pay period (2 shifts), including 2 weekend shifts/month (Fri 10PM-Mon 6AM)

• Max 400 hrs/6 months (excludes coverage for sick/disability or pre-scheduled shifts)

• 1 Minor + 1 Major holiday shift/year

• Weekend call-outs made up within 1 month

• Complete mandatory education within 3 months & maintain active BLS

Education & Experience: Active NYS CNA, HS diploma or equivalent, approved 100-hour Nurse Aide course if certified after 1986; previous CNA experience preferred but not required.
