Position Description

PIMCO's Global Marketing organization plays a strategic role in strengthening the firm's brand and delivering highquality content, campaigns, and experiences to clients worldwide. We are seeking a Content Marketing Producer to join the Editorial and Publishing team within Content Marketing. This team leads PIMCO's thought leadership content strategy, editorial planning, and publishing efforts to support contentled campaigns and brandbuilding initiatives.

In this role, you will produce and manage PIMCO's thought leadership programs, helping to increase brand visibility and share of voice, build trust, and strengthen client loyalty. This position is ideal for a wellrounded content marketer who excels at combining creative storytelling with strong project management and a strategic mindset.

As the Content Producer for PIMCO's macro and markets thought leadership, you will drive a programmatic approach, partnering crossfunctionally with though leaders/subject matter experts, global marketing colleagues, digital teams, communications, and production partners to deliver compelling, insightdriven narratives at scale. You will ensure content is accessible, engaging, and optimized across formats and channels.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by team but generally include:

  • Drive end-to-end production of recurring thought leadership initiatives designed to expand share of voice and support business growth.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop clear, compelling stories that convey PIMCO's key messages across multiple formats, including digital, video, audio, social, and web.

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to drive scale and amplify content across marketing and client distribution channels.

  • Coordinate with product strategy, compliance, and crossfunctional marketing teams (brand, digital, design, multimedia, channel) to manage reviews, secure approvals, and see projects through to completion.

  • Integrate digital marketing strategies and capabilities to optimize content platforms and performance.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reporting for key stakeholders, and make datadriven recommendations to enhance impact.

  • Work closely with global colleagues to ensure adherence to PIMCO brand standards and to leverage best practices across regions and channels.

  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control and continuous improvement of content production processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree required.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated environment.

  • Exceptional narrative, storytelling production capabilities across a range of formats.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic content programs with clear objectives and outcomes.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced, evolving business environment.

  • Independent problemsolving skills and sound judgment.

  • Ability to apply analytical thinking to measure success and optimize content and platform strategies.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Strong interest in and general understanding of financial markets and the global economy.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred.

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 120,000.00 - $ 135,000.00
