Position: Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships Department: Corporate Foundations Relations Schedule: Full Time POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations, the Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships plays a critical role in advancing the corporate partnerships strategy for Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS). As a member of the Corporate Foundation Relations (CFR) team, this role is responsible for building, managing, and growing a high-impact portfolio of corporate and foundation partners in support of BMCHS's mission. In close collaboration with CFR leadership, the Associate Director will design and execute multi-year partnership strategies that lead to the successful cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate prospects across the Corporate Partnerships team. They will manage their own portfolio of funders capable of making six- and seven-figure gifts and grants. This position will develop tailored engagement strategies that align institutional priorities with partner interests, while strengthening long-term, multi-dimensional relationships. The Associate Director will also contribute to the overall growth, operations, and sustainability of BMCHS's corporate fundraising program. This includes partnering closely with clinical providers and internal leaders to deepen existing relationships and identify new partnership opportunities. In addition, the role will manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that supports innovation and excellence in corporate fundraising. The successful candidate will articulate the BMC mission with genuine passion and a clear strategic vision that inspires corporate partners and prospects to invest in key initiatives and supports significant growth in corporate funding. Compensation Range: $97,500.00- $141,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness. In addition, BMCHS offers generous total compensation that includes, but is not limited to, benefits (medical, dental, vision, pharmacy), discretionary annual bonuses and merit increases, Flexible Spending Accounts, 403(b) savings matches, paid time off, career advancement opportunities, and resources to support employee and family well-being.
