Here's what you'd do:

• Within the framework of a team-based organization, perform various hydraulic assembly, electrical component assembly, test, and process-based operations on complex hydraulic components, assemblies, and systems supporting new production, repair, and overhaul activity.
• Assembly activity utilizes a variety of mechanical and electronic measurement equipment and specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms to obtain desired build requirements.
• The individual is needed to work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists, or other instructions and provide detailed written communication defining performance results and situational circumstances.
• Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests of finished products on high-precision test stands.
• This activity needs the use of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment, fixtures, and tools to obtain desired performance results.
• The positions are needed to diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide recommended rework instructions and configuration changes to achieve desired results.
• Within the individual team, the incumbent performs the day-to-day administrative functions to support overall operations.
• The incumbent possesses the personal commitment to be accountable for his/her job performance.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic and mechanical assembly.

• The ability to volunteer, willingness to learn, display a positive attitude, set a good example, and positively contribute to the team environment are essential.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Ability to use and read precision measuring tools.
• Experience with hand tools.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• On occasion, the incumbent may need to travel to customer facilities or other client locations to service or support client hardware.
• At times, he/she may be needed to work off-shift hours for short periods of time to accommodate customer delivery schedules.
