We're hiring a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced end-to-end development:* Data Engineering - Build and create data assets Development - Build Power BI reports and frontend solutions Advanced Analytics - Seeking analysts/data scientists who can work with Mercy's large datasets for advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning. Position Description: Lead Data Analyst Location: Remote Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst who combines strong business acumen with advanced technical expertise. This role will support delivery teams with some business analysis functions while driving next-level analytics using Databricks AI, Databricks Agent, and other emerging technologies. You will transform existing enterprise data into actionable insights, enabling predictive and prescriptive decision-making across the organization. What You'll Do: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business objectives. Perform advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven insights. Leverage Databricks AI and Databricks Agent to automate workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making. Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex insights clearly and effectively. Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to ensure proper data access and governance. Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies for improved business outcomes. What We're Looking For: Strong experience in data analytics and business analysis. Hands-on expertise with Databricks, including Databricks Agent and AI/ML capabilities. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience applying them to real-world problems will be required. Qualification(s): Education: Degree(s) in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology or related field experience. Experience: Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience or knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical field, with a proven ability to deliver insights that influence strategic decision-making. Preferred Qualification(s): Experience with cloud-based Azure data platform. Familiarity with enterprise data governance and security practices.
