The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in Group Finance by delivering financial insights, supporting forecasting processes, and acting as a strategic partner to functional leaders. The ideal candidate brings a strong finance foundation, advanced analytical capabilities, and the curiosity to understand what drives business performance. You will help strengthen financial planning, improve reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

How You'll Make An Impact:

Business Partnership



  • Serve as a finance partner to assigned functions, including Marketing and other cross-functional teams.
  • Provide insights, analysis, and financial guidance to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.


Financial Planning & Forecasting



  • Support the annual budget, forecasting cycles, and long-range planning.
  • Build and refine driver-based models to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Perform variance analysis and communicate results and insights to senior management.


Reporting & Data Analytics



  • Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and PowerQuery.
  • Partner with the Finance CoE (Center of Excellence) to improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and better data visibility.
  • Maintain strong data integrity and alignment across financial systems.


Strategic Analysis & Insights



  • Conduct financial modeling to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and scenario planning.
  • Evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and support margin or profitability analysis as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial understanding and decision-making.


Process Improvement



  • Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting methodologies and financial workflows.
  • Support system improvements and reporting best practices across the finance organization.


What We're Looking For & What Success Looks Like

We're looking for a strong analytical thinker who enjoys working with numbers and people, can interpret financial outcomes, and builds effective relationships with business leaders. You bring curiosity, a continuous learning mindset, and a drive to improve forecasting and reporting. Success in this role means providing insights that influence decisions, earning trust with stakeholders, taking ownership with minimal oversight, and helping streamline and enhance financial processes across the team.

What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant finance or FP&A experience in a corporate or matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including familiarity with PowerQuery.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively with non-finance teams.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning business drivers and improving processes.


Preferred



  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with ERP/EPM tools such as Oracle EPB or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a corporate or global environment.


Location: This position must be based in Hercules, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $121,200 to $151,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
