As a Wage RN on 6 East, you will care for patients recovering from traumatic injuries requiring complex orthopedic intervention. You will be part of a fast-moving acute care environment where clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability directly influence outcomes. For experienced acute care nurses who want meaningful work without rigid scheduling, this role stands apart. The Role Acute Orthopedics & Trauma 6 East is a high energy inpatient unit caring for patients following orthopedic trauma, surgical repair, and complex musculoskeletal injuries. The team manages patients from admission through early recovery, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons, trauma services, therapy teams, and case management.
