Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing solutions focused on a broad range of talent management programs and initiatives to strengthen talent and maximize the success of our business. This includes but is not limited to Succession Planning, Talent Pool/Pipeline Management, Change Management, Career Path Development through Competencies, and Employee Engagement. This role will work effectively within complex/ambiguous situations, building trust-based partnerships with key business leaders/stakeholders and HR Partners to understand the business and deliver effective talent solutions.
Essential Duties
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to craft and execute strategies for organizational and talent development projects, including impactful initiatives like Succession Planning, Partner Engagement, and Career Development.
- Researches and identifies talent trends, critical experiences, and behaviors to leverage for key leadership roles to recommend competency based development models and processes.
- Manages internal 360 feedback process in partnership with HR Partners.
- Manages Partnered for Success engagement survey project and communication. Works closely with management to interpret results and develop engagement action plans.
- Guides, mentors, and empowers direct reports to excel in meeting performance goals and organizational objectives. Conducts regular, constructive performance discussions to drive professional growth.
- Facilitates programs designed for local delivery through assignment and training of instructors, monitoring quality and ensuring affectiveness; i.e. Heartstyles & Catch the Spirit.
- Delivers training as needed
- Models leadership in developing and coaching Partners
- Ensures compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements
- Future - Design/build systems to proactively manage movement/placement of internal talent, manage talent pools, and track talent pipelines
- Future - Develop methods for measuring the overall effectiveness of Talent Management programs and records

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, preferred
- - 5+ years of experience supporting complex organizational development initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in organizational/enterprise project management - Strong working knowledge of talent management systems - Consulting experience is preferred - Knowledge of TDs business model, existing and emerging learning technologies, marketplace resources, principles of management and leadership, external systems that can affect organizational performance and the legal/regulatory/and ethical requirements related to training
- Demonstrated track record of understanding of how people go through a change and the change management process, experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is preferred
- Strong leadership skills, including experience growing in responsibility and career growth in organizational development
- Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills with audiences of all levels.
