Description Responsible for the coordination and completion of project-program. Oversees all aspects of projects-program. Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project-program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project-program. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unitdepartment. Collaborate with Line Replaceable Unit LRU teams to verify and validate Bills of Materials Ensure accuracy and completeness of component specifications before procurement Procurement Vendor Management Source and procure test racks test fixtures harnessing components and PCBA boards to support engineering and testing operations Place purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of critical testing equipment Logistics Coordination Stakeholder Communication Proactively communicate delivery timelines and estimated time of arrival ETA updates to internal requestors Coordinate receiving logistics and distribution when parts arrive at the facility Serve as the primary point of contact for test equipment procurement inquiries Inventory Project Support Track and monitor outstanding orders to maintain visibility on procurement pipeline Support cross-functional teams by ensuring testing infrastructure is available when needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
