What Success Looks Like in Your First Year A successful Operations Project Manager will: * Deliver service projects on time and within scope * Maintain strong gross margins through disciplined labor, cost, and scope control * Keep documentation, reports, change orders, and billing accurate and timely * Reduce scheduling bottlenecks and operational friction * Serve as a responsive, reliable point of contact for customers * Keep technicians aligned, informed, and productive * Report project data consistently and clearly Core Responsibilities * Scope, plan, and manage service jobs from start to finish * Schedule technicians and coordinate daily with operations and shop teams * Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after projects * Track labor, materials, and job-related costs throughout the project lifecycle * Manage change orders, pricing, approvals, and billing * Ensure inspection reports and job paperwork are completed promptly * Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts early * Maintain high service quality while protecting job margin How You Work You'll be successful if you: * Bring structure, clarity, and organization to a busy, fast-paced environment * Remain highly organized while managing multiple active projects * Communicate directly and effectively with customers and field crews * Take ownership and follow through on commitments * Understand that quality and efficiency drive profitability * Make fast, confident decisions to prevent operational drift Experience & Requirements * 1-5 years of experience in project management within construction, utilities, services, or operational environments * Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, hands-on culture * Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail * Ability to manage both customer communication and technician coordination * Proficient with basic project-tracking, documentation, and scheduling tools Compensation * Base Salary: $105,000 - $142,000 (depending on experience) * Performance Bonus: $10,000 - $16,000 * Benefits: Competitive package offered Why This Role Matters This position is central to the success and continued growth of the Services division.
