What You'll Do

As an LPN with Medication/IV certification, you will support patient care from assessment through discharge while collaborating closely with an RN and care team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor, assess, and report patient conditions, identifying and communicating any changes

  • Support the development and execution of individualized care and discharge plans

  • Deliver hands-on nursing care with compassion and precision

  • Educate patients and families to promote understanding and positive health outcomes

  • Assist in training and mentoring team members within your scope

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

  • Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment
What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines clinical skill with empathy and teamwork.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (or Associate's Degree in Nursing)

  • Active LPN license with Medication/IV designation (or eligibility)

  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

  • Strong communication and patient care skills

  • Ability to work effectively across teams and departments

  • Experience with Epic or similar EMR (preferred)

  • 0-2 years of nursing experience-new grads encouraged to apply!
