What You'll Be Doing

Production Line Associates rotate across four key areas: raw material washing, conditioning, cooking, and dryer discharge/packaging. Responsibilities include operating electrical hoists to move large bulk ingredient totes, monitoring processing equipment, measuring and documenting ingredients, performing moisture testing, collecting product samples for laboratory analysis, and supporting lot tracking and quality control documentation. The role requires reading and writing in English to follow processing instructions and complete required quality records.
