The Core Return Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking all Parts and Rotable Sales (PRS) Exchange Transactions. This role ensures compliance with Duncan Aviation's policies by coordinating with the Credit department to maintain exchange agreements, invoicing and monitoring additional fees. The administrator also generates reports for management, updates customer information in the CRM, and collaborates with IT on core tracking system maintenance and improvements. Essential Job Functions
- Tracks and monitors all core movements and locations, providing notifications and updates to sales representatives, vendors and customers on core statuses. Notifies sales reps, vendors, and customers of upcoming core return deadlines. Alerts relevant parties abut upcoming core return deadlines and, as needed, invoices applicable late fees or ensures billing for non-return of cores is completed.
- The Core Return Administrator implements best practices for project completion, reviews item paperwork for accuracy and relevance, supports customer relationships, updates the Customer Resource Management (CRM) system, and contributes to achieving department goals aligned with strategic plans and overall company objectives.
- Following Duncan Aviation approved policies, collaborates with vendors, customers and rotable managers to process billing for additional fees, including late fees, or coordinates with Return Goods (RGA) for billing non-returned cores.
- Participates in monthly team meetings, and develops and supports marketing with developing marketing campaigns for Updates Customer Data Base (CDB) with customer information.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field preferred.
- One-year customer service or Aviation business experience preferred
- Proficiency with general computer use and use of Microsoft Software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
