The Department of Economics invites applications for a position at the rank of Lecturer in Discipline in its undergraduate and graduate programs beginning July 1, 2026. This is a full-time position with multi-year renewal contingent on successful review. Applicants must have experience teaching Economics at the undergraduate and masters level. The expected course load is four courses per academic year; this will include classes on Principles of Economics and in Macroeconomics. The lecturer is expected to meet with students and to hold regular office hours. Application review will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in economics and to have demonstrated excellence in teaching at the advanced undergraduate and masters level. Teaching experience in Principles of Economics or Macroeconomics are also required.
