Position Title: Warehouse Office Support
Wage: $21.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday) QPS Employment Group is hiring an Office Support Representative for a respected distribution facility in Marshalltown, IA. This role is heavily computer-based and supports the flow of inbound and outbound logistics through accurate documentation, communication, and administrative tasks. Warehouse Office Support Responsibilities: - Maintain logs, reports, and audits to support accurate shipping and picking - Record inbound trailer information and resolve documentation or detention issues - Admit and release trailers and collect driver information - Provide customer service through Outlook and Microsoft Teams - Keep safety records, postings, and training documentation up to date - Initiate freight claims and address serial number or product issues - Monitor non-conformance with SOPs, packaging, or vendor data - Assist with documenting and determining the disposition of damaged product Requirements for Warehouse Office Support: - Strong computer skills (95% of role is computer-based) - At least two years of experience in an administrative or warehouse office role preferred - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Previous administrative or warehouse office experience preferred marshalltown@qpsemployment.com IND097 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
