Job Description Shift: Morning Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Monday to Friday Pay Rate: $19.25 We are seeking a detail-oriented Janitor to join our manufacturing team for the morning shift. In this role, you will maintain our facility's cleanliness and sanitation standards while adhering to strict industrial safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Execute daily and weekly cleaning tasks according to established schedules and industrial standards Maintain cleanliness in manufacturing environments following guidelines Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and janitorial inventory Document cleaning activities in compliance with quality assurance protocols Identify and report facility maintenance issues proactively Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Adhere to all plant safety regulations and manufacturing compliance standards Qualifications Required: Previous industrial, commercial, or manufacturing cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail with high cleanliness standards Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and checklists Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Preferred: OSHA safety certification or training Experience with industrial cleaning equipment Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Background in manufacturing or food processing environments Benefits and Perks 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Employee discounts Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid elder care Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Information at a Glance WHY WORK AT SEALED AIR?
