Job Summary


The Material Handler II is responsible for managing the flow of materials to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, timely delivery of materials, and proper documentation within the ERP system. The position requires adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities




  • Perform material movements physically and within the ERP system



  • Generate and process work orders accurately in the ERP system



  • Conduct cycle counting and inventory verification as required



  • Coordinate and maintain the flow of materials through manufacturing and assembly



  • Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment



  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area



  • Handle chemicals in designated areas following training and safety guidelines



  • Support company initiatives aligned with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements



  • Comply with FDA regulations and company policies, procedures, and task assignments



  • Maintain positive and cooperative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors



  • Work overtime as required to support business needs



  • Perform additional duties as assigned




Job Requirements




  • Ability to perform physical material handling tasks safely and efficiently



  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management



  • Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures



  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail



  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment



  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
