Scale Our Professional Services Excellence as our next Senior Business Systems Analyst (Kantata PSA)!

Imagine being the architect of efficiency for a global leader in industrial technology. We are looking for a data-driven strategist to own the health and evolution of our Kantata PSA platform, ensuring our professional services teams can track budgets, log time, and forecast revenue with absolute precision as we bridge the gap between daily operations and long-term financial success.

About Us:

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. Whether it's helping customers build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize global supply chains or map the world, Trimble is at the forefront, driving productivity and progress.

Corporate: Trimble empowers customers to drive productivity and progress with connected hardware and software solutions.

What Makes This Role Great:

You will serve as the primary bridge between global professional services operations and executive leadership, wielding the unique authority to transform complex business requirements into automated system workflows that directly impact Trimble's revenue recognition and resource forecasting.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Design and configure scalable Kantata SX workflows that simplify project delivery, resource planning, and client onboarding processes.

  • Build and maintain high-visibility dashboards to track Billable vs. Non-Billable utilization across global teams in EMEA, Americas, and O&PS.

  • Perform deep-dive margin analysis to identify financial "leakage" and provide actionable recommendations to improve project performance.

  • Develop sophisticated resource demand reports that empower Directors of Implementation to make data-driven hiring decisions based on the sales pipeline.

  • Lead the migration of manual, "off-system" processes into Kantata to drive global efficiency and eliminate reliance on external trackers.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of direct experience managing both Salesforce and Kantata (Mavenlink/SX).

  • Strong technical command of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, flows, and validation rules.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical system constraints into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

  • High proficiency in Excel for data modeling and experience with process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working within an AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) environment.

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Kantata's native Insights/Looker-based reporting.

  • Basic understanding of SaaS accounting principles, including Revenue Recognition, COGS, and WIP.
