As a Security Officer - Neighborhood Patrol in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with professionalism. You will support tenants, employees, and visitors through strong customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, assisting with directions, issuing badges and/or passes when required, and helping to maintain orderly entry and exit in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with on-site management and/or public responders when needed.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, document observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
