Location: Bellevue Financial Center - 10500 NE 8th Street, Suite 1100, Bellevue, WA 98004

This position embodies the WTB culture by focusing on the customer experience in generating, retaining and expanding customer relationships using appropriate sales and customer service strategies.

Provides professional financial advice, guidance and solutions to customer inquiries and problems along with proficiency in the regulatory issues as they apply to this position. Accurately and efficiently opens all branch related products for customers.

Responsibilities may include administrative duties, maintenance of accounts, branch audits and teller duties. Must be proficient in bank products, sales and service skills, and regulatory issues as they apply to this position. Regular, reliable attendance required.

Essential Functions:



  • Engage with clients both over the phone and in person as they walk into the branch, identifying opportunities to present products and services that meet their needs.
  • Perform transactions, new account and lending responsibilities to best serve the needs of the client.
  • Maintains accountability for individual contributions to the achievement of branch and team goals, encouraging self and others to achieve results.
  • Daily reporting.
  • Participates in Branch audits.
  • Notary certificate will be required.


Qualifications:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently sell appropriate products and services outside the branch environment
  • Related retail or sales experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks with accurate attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Proficient with computer applications and financial calculations.
  • Required to maintain the security and confidentiality of Bank and customer information.
  • Completion of appropriate training.
  • Works with other bank personnel to proactively meet customer needs in an efficient manner across department lines.
  • May perform teller duties to support the needs of the branch.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while assisting and achieving service expectations.


Pay Range:
Financial Service Representative I -
$24.47 - $36.73
Financial Service Representative II - $26.59 - $39.93

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Bellevue, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
