Description Key Responsibilities Provide remote and onsite Level 2/3 support for refinery systems, infrastructure, and enduser technologies, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot and support a wide range of technologies including workstations, networks, servers, mobile devices, and AV systems used across refinery operations. Lead the OnSite Support (OSS) team, overseeing daily operations, workload management, and performance against established SLAs and KPIs. Coordinate and manage thirdparty vendors and contractors for installations, maintenance, repairs, and projectbased work within refinery facilities. Support technology pilots, infrastructure upgrades, system rollouts, and service improvement initiatives as a technical escalation point. Develop tools, scripts, documentation, and standardized procedures to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and technical response quality. Mentor and guide technicians on troubleshooting best practices, policy compliance, and customer service standards. Provide operational support during refinery turnarounds, special projects, and highimpact maintenance events. Contribute to largescale integration efforts, including onboarding new sites and users into enterprise environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and IT service teams to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution.
