As an Analyst in Meter Data Services (MDS) Gas Operations and Integration, you will be accountable for the Collection of Gas Customer Meter Information, and Timely Delivery of this information to Billing, Gas Nominations, Gas Control Center, and Energy Suppliers. This critical role will be responsible for identifying Customer Meter Collection Issues, Prioritizing Corrective Action with Field Operations in all Jurisdictions, supporting critical Gas Demand Response and Temperature Controlled Events. This role will also provide support for Heating Degree Day Contracts, Regulatory Requests, coordinating with the Gas Control Center, Gas Supply Requests, and identifying Information Technology Issues. This role will support Technical Issues within MDS and Interface with Information Technology to test Desktop Upgrades, Network Changes, and provide support for MDS Applications. Key Accountabilities
