Location: Middle School

Scheduled hours/days: 12-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Some Fridays, up to 20-30 hours/week.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of out-of-school time programming. Experience working with children. Experience supervising staff. Bilingual Spanish/English. Bachelor's Degree. Ability to manage and track data.

Compensation/Benefits/Perks: Staff scheduled to work over 20 hours per week are eligible to receive district insurance benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Provides general daily oversight of the program site for staff and students.
- Actively participates in the implementation of the daily program curriculum and activities.
- Provides direct supervision of the students in the program.
- Regularly meets with Youth Development Coordinator and other team members.
- Assists in data tracking and reporting.
- Collaborates with a variety of community organizations to deliver programming.
- Promotes Community School to school staff, families, and wider community
