Join Our Team as a Senior Service Manager!

The Senior Service Manager is responsible for leading profitable growth and operational excellence within Epiroc USA's Parts and Service Division. This role safeguards company assets while strengthening our reputation as a best-in-class provider of parts, service, and consumables support. Success requires visible, motivating leadership that drives results through people, builds strong customer partnerships, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The work environment includes a combination of office-based work and time spent in industrial, manufacturing, or field settings. The role may involve working near moving mechanical parts and exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds, and is occasionally required to lift up to and in excess of 100 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required. This position is designated as safety sensitive.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Lead service center operations with full accountability for financial performance, including Profit & Loss oversight and participation in business planning.
  • Develop and execute business strategies and territory priorities to drive sustainable growth across targeted market segments and expand service capabilities.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members by managing the full employee lifecycle, building succession plans, and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
  • Establish clear roles, performance expectations, and measurable goals for direct reports, delegating authority appropriately while maintaining accountability for results.
  • Collaborate with Capital Sales, business line leaders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, support sales initiatives, and strengthen overall territory performance.
  • Act as a visible leader in service operations and customer interactions, strengthening partnerships and ensuring consistent delivery of Epiroc's service standards.
  • Uphold safety, environmental, ethical, and corporate standards, ensuring facilities and resources remain in a state of operational readiness consistent with company policies and 5S practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and business expansion initiatives, including component rebuild programs, service agreements, preventive maintenance offerings, and contract labor support (e.g., Mechanical & Electrical).



Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in mining or construction aftermarket parts and services.
  • Demonstrated success managing financial performance and driving profitable service operations.
  • Strong mechanical and technical background with the ability to resolve complex issues and effectively communicate root cause analysis to customers.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer-aided maintenance systems, reporting tools, databases, and spreadsheet applications is preferred.
  • Maintain reliable regional equipment data to support service planning and market awareness, including both Epiroc and competitive equipment.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of other management team members, providing oversight of cross-functional operations (e.g., Parts, Service, Warehousing, etc.) across the territory.
  • Effective communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and producing clear, well-structured reports, correspondence, and procedural documentation.
  • Domestic travel is required up to 50% of the time, based on business needs; a valid driver's license is required.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 - $165,000 depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
