Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Risk Specialist to join our team in Elizabethtown, KY! Supports the Healthcare Facilities and Baptist Health Medical Group, Risk Management and Patient Safety programs, including the Patient Safety Evaluation System (PSES) and Patient Safety Work Product(PSWP) through the following activities: Coordinates, develops, and implements administrative projects forRisk Management services, oversees the computerized occurrence reporting program, and generatesreports for leaders regarding proactive risk reduction and patient safety initiatives. Provides customersupport for risk related issues throughout the organization. Assists in the management of Patient SafetyEvaluation System - Patient Safety Work Product and litigation matters to the executive team, corporatecounsel, and outside counsel.
