Position Summary
The Program Coordinator I, under direct supervision, coordinates the daily activities and operations of the Neurology dept to ensure goals and objectives are achieved in alignment with established priorities, timelines, and funding guidelines. This role supports program administration, communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily program activities and operations to support achievement of established goals.
  • Assist with preparation of funding proposals and continuation materials, as applicable.
  • Provide information, technical guidance, and problem-solving support to staff and program participants; escalate inquiries as needed.
  • Prepare or assist with periodic reports, records, and special reports for management or external agencies.
  • Support review of applications or program documents in collaboration with supervisor.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and outreach efforts.
  • Draft written communications and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, meetings, or conferences, including scheduling and participant communication.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, faculty, and external/community partners to facilitate program objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education
    Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive or complex interpersonal situations.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule
M-F 8am-4:30pm hybrid

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
