Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • A master's degree in a health or human services discipline. (i.e. psychology, counseling, social work, etc.)
  • A minimum of three years' experience in child or adolescent mental health services, including two years of supervisory experience, and a minimum of one year of providing clinical supervision.
  • Professional Licensure preferred.

We are seeking a Family Based Program Manager to join our team.


About the Role


The Family Based Program Director will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of family-centered programs designed to support and strengthen families within the community. This role is pivotal in ensuring that program objectives align with organizational goals and community needs, fostering an environment that promotes family well-being and resilience. The director will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders to create innovative strategies that address diverse family challenges. They will also be responsible for managing program budgets, securing funding, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Ultimately, the Family Based Program Director will drive impactful outcomes that enhance the quality of life for families served by the organization.



This position may be assigned to cover multiple counties



Job Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement, and monitor family-based programs that meet the needs of the community and align with organizational goals.
  • Lead, supervise, and support program staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, stakeholders, and funding agencies to build partnerships and secure resources.
  • Manage program budgets, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and funding requirements.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
