Job Details

The Director, Hospital Sales (East Coast) will lead a Software Business sales team, comprised of Software Account Executives to develop a substantial Pipeline leading to new software sales (Bookings) and Recognized Revenue. Provide leadership and development opportunities for Account Executives. Establish strong cross functional relationships within Haemonetics including; Commercial Delivery, Contracting, Legal, Accounting and Finance. In addition, establish strong customer relationships with specific key customers and strategic partners in order to increase revenue, establish market presence, and drive strategic initiatives. Preferred candidates will reside on the East coast with availability to travel 50-75% as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Provide leadership, development and direction to Software Account Executives so that they can maximize performance, exceed quota and ensure adherence to the sales process and forecasting.

  • Responsible for key account management at assigned key accounts.

  • Responsible to develop and drive strategic sales plans and sales initiatives for Software Business solutions for direct report and individual territories.

  • Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline management for all sales opportunities.

  • Manage personnel development for all direct reports.

  • Provide cross functional leadership, development and training to Clinical Application Specialists in order to optimize their deployment in the field and drive validation, utilization, and expansion opportunities for Software Business solutions with a focus on BloodTrack and SafeTrace Tx.

  • Focus on the successful expansion and implementation of all Software Business solutions to support the development of strategic marketing initiatives to include; white papers, case studies and key opinion leaders.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, required; Master's degree, preferred

  • Experience:

  • 10 years: Demonstrated success in sales, required

  • 5 years: Hospital software sales - required

  • 3 years: C Suite Sales - required

  • Travel Expectations: Frequent 50-75%

This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (Commission) in addition to a base salary with a range for this role between:

$128,900.00-$239,300.00/Annual

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.
