| JOB SUMMARY |

|
Under the supervision of General Manager, provide administrative support for project specific field leadership and staff. Perform various office support tasks, including, but not limited to project documentation related to goods received, tracking labor hours and overall coordination with project and company accounting personnel to aid in the success of the project. We're looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to help us meet the growing demand for our services. | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
|
- High School Diploma or equivalent, including business, bookkeeping and basic computer courses.
|

| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS |
|
- 2-year technical degree in construction project accounting or construction project administration or
- The equivalent combination of education and/or work experience to demonstrate proficiency in accounting and clerical work specific to construction project administration.

| KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES |
|
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point.
Knowledge and understanding of general office procedures
Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with both internal and external customers.
Must maintain confidentiality and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
- Coordinate project documentation, including filing, maintaining, updating drawing, and other project-based logging systems. Update the Project Progress Tracking Database regularly.
- Assure project documentation is compliant and current - track and follow up as needed. Documentation includes, but is not limited to, initial write up, correction, and tracking of subcontractor agreements and change orders.
- Communicate regularly with General Manager, Project Administrator, Area Managers and General Foreman to verify deliveries of materials and resolve delivery discrepancies. Assist Accounts Payable department by coding and entering goods receipts into Spectrum. Work with Accounts Payable on inventory review and reconciliations.
- Assist with project based administrative items such as project schedule updates, pulling and updating financial reports, and billing submission as requested and reviewed by General Manager, Project Administrator, Area Managers and General Foreman.
- Completes various office administrative tasks, including but not limited to: type letters, forms, manuals, reports and spreadsheets (often of a technical and/or confidential nature). Scan documents, assist with onboarding newly hired employees. File and organize documentation as needed for various company departments.
- Problem solve technical issues with computers, iPads, iPhones in coordination with corporate IT department.
- Run errands as needed for business when requested by General Manager, using RMC vehicle.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
