ABOUT THE POSITION Position Overview This position supports the director in the development, evaluation and implementation of all TRIO Upward Bound (UB) academic services including academic year tutoring and classroom instruction (4 classes during the academic year) and all instruction during the summer program (14 total classes delivered daily). This position supports the core staff with high school student academic progress and in the development of holistic intervention strategies and services to positively influence the program's ability to meet federal secondary school program objectives and prepare students for the academic rigors of college. During the academic year, this position will oversee the academic program at the University, Mon-Thurs from 3pm-6pm starting in October, If flexible work is an option, include: The University of Minnesota encourages a healthy work life balance for employees.
