**What You'll Do:**

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will:

* Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios and cases for API, UI, Scheduled Jobs, and Database functionalities.

* Develop robust test automation scripts, primarily for web-enabled applications, to enhance efficiency and coverage.

* Collaborate within an Agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and rapid delivery cycles.

* Utilize project tracking and case management tools to meticulously document and manage test execution.

* Apply advanced expertise in quality assurance testing to establish and refine practices that ensure the integrity and reliability of business operations.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams, effectively communicating essential information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, from analysis and development through testing, maintenance, and improvement.

* Champion best practices in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Testing Frameworks to elevate our quality standards.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-5 years of hands-on QA engineering and testing experience, with progressive responsibilities in designing and executing test scenarios for API, UI, Scheduled Jobs, and Databases.

* 8+ years of experience in developing test automation scripts, specifically for web-enabled applications.

* 3-5+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools.

* 2-4+ years of experience utilizing project tracking and case management tools for test case execution.

* Advanced expertise in quality assurance testing activities, capable of developing effective practices to confirm the integrity and reliability of business operations.

* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate essential information across multiple departments and groups, including technical and non-technical audiences.

* Solid experience and understanding of the overall software development processes, including business analysis, development, testing, maintenance, and improvement.

* Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Testing Frameworks.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience supporting Cyber Security tools/applications, including those related to Identity and Access Management.

* Familiarity with various security technology platforms.
