Position Summary: We are looking for a driven and collaborative Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of Judi, our enterprise health platform. This role will lead lead the development of COBRA administration capabilities within Judi. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is intellectually curious, and is passionate about delivering impactful benefits administration technology solutions. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features. Effectively manage and meet stakeholders' priorities and expectations while assuming the role of a subject matter expert through deep intellectual curiosity and drive to learn. Create and maintain team specific 15 month rolling product roadmap. Develop business requirements and specification documents. Perform backlog refinement, epic planning, and other scrum events. Publish value driven release notes and user guides. Present roadmap updates and product delivery risks to senior leadership. Manage and execute day-to-day project management functions with regards to the specific products under development. Partner with go-to-market and client-facing teams to identify key value-add opportunities. Analyze product data to derive insights to assist in the prioritization and post release optimization of the products. Support general business needs, as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience 2+ years of experience in a Product Management role, Software Engineering role or related work experience Experience with benefits administration, health plans or healthcare technology Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in SQL and Excel Familiarity with Agile methodologies Ability to conceptualize and translate complex problems into viable solutions Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a deadline driven environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical teams Strong attention to detail and project management skills Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to continuously learn and evolve in a dynamic industry Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Salary Range $80,000 — $110,000 USD All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
