We're seeking a future team member for the role of Investor Services Operations to join our Investor Services team. This role is located in Boston, MA In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Conduct, analyze, and report on transfer agency operations activities for clients of high complexity
* Lead client onboarding and internal conversions, managing key metric reporting and daily Transfer Agency processes
* Resolve the most complex escalated issues and develop/update review processes and procedures to reduce risk and enhance efficiency
* Lead project management for complex initiatives and onboarding new, complex clients, collaborating with technology and line of business teams as a Subject Matter Expert To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
* Experience in transfer agency operations preferred
* Strong analytical skills to identify trends, mitigate risk, and enhance client relationships

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
