Join Macquarie's Equity Finance team in New York as a Delta One Swaps Trader. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a high-performing team to execute and optimize delta-one trading strategies across a diverse range of global markets.

What role will you play?

As part of our collaborative team, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and contributing to the success of the franchise. In this role, you'll build and manage relationships with key market participants to secure access to important securities, enhance market intelligence, and optimize trading book performance. You'll be responsible for the pricing, execution, and risk management of Delta One equity total return swaps, while identifying and capitalizing on new trading and revenue opportunities. Additionally, you will expand and develop strategic counterparty relationships, partnering closely with colleagues across trading, sales, technology, and risk functions to strengthen the platform and deliver client solutions.



What you offer

*At least 5+ years of relevant experience trading Delta 1 products within a US sell-side environment
*Strong expertise in equity swaps, equity finance, and Delta 1 market structure, with a proven track record of revenue generation
*Some familiarity with Python is a plus, along with a strong quantitative and technology-driven mindset
*Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new trading strategies and commercial opportunities
*Strong understanding of risk management, balance sheet optimization, and regulatory considerations within the equity finance and Delta 1 business
*Proven relationship management skills with counterparties, clients, and internal stakeholders
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment under pressure
*A quantitative degree (such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline) is preferred, but not required
Salary range: $200,000-$300,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on your experience, performance, and location. You may also be eligible for an annual incentive award.
