Buffalo Rock manages the best beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. The Franchise On Demand Lead is a key member of the Operations team responsible for assisting with On Demand deliveries, Donation and other special events hosted by the Franchise. Supervisory responsibilities N/A Work environment Working conditions will require both inside warehouse needs and outside pallet/tray production support. Temperature conditions will vary from extreme heat to extreme cold. Physical demands N (Not Applicable) Activity is not applicable to this position. Other Requirements * Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth) * Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Slip Resistant Shoes and any other PPE required as a result of a job hazard analysis. * All tasks within the warehouse are physically demanding and labor-intensive. Employees within this role are required have the ability to: stand, walk, stoop, reach and climb up and downstairs throughout shift as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and warm environment, especially during summer months. Knowledge Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their applications.
