What You Bring to the Role

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required), including spreadsheets and data entry
• Experience handlinginvoices, reconciliations, and financial records
• Excellentattention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to managehigh-volume numeric data entry
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handleconfidential financial information

What You'll Take On

• ProcessAccounts Payable (AP)andAccounts Receivable (AR)transactions
• Enter and maintainfinancial data and accounting records
• Review, verify, and reconcilevendor invoices and statements
• Performbank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist withmonth-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain organized documentation forauditing and accounting records
• Provide generaladministrative support to the accounting department
