Physical Therapist 1 or 2, 12th Street Santa Monica Pelvic Floor - Outpatient

Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). Pelvic floor evaluation and treatment experience required.

Salary: $53.50 - $70.47/hr

• Required at least 2 years prior experience working with outpatient patients with pelvic floor dysfunction/diagnoses
• Licensure as a California Physical Therapist and current CPR certification.
• More than 2 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2
