Description: * Provide timely resolution for all desktop support requests in accordance with established service and escalation procedures. * Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and resolve issues related to desktop and laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, printers, scanners, copiers, peripherals, and other end-user computing equipment. * Diagnose and repair desktop computing systems to ensure seamless connectivity with network drives, enterprise systems, and business productivity applications. * Support and troubleshoot conference room and audiovisual (AV) technologies. * Troubleshoot and support general telecommunications (TComm)-related issues. * Assist with the technical setup and execution of large-scale Town Hall and corporate events. * Communicate directly with end users via phone, email, and remote diagnostic tools to identify, reproduce, and resolve reported technical issues. * Work independently to manage support requests while adhering to defined escalation policies and service standards. * Participate in the testing, documentation, and implementation of assigned technical projects and initiatives. * Track and manage hardware inventory in compliance with divisional policies, including the installation and removal of infrastructure cabling between workstations and communication closets. Required and Preferred Skills and Experience: * Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience. * Provides more technical/functional support than administrative support. * Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures required of job function. * Performs varied and more complex tasks. * Makes decisions within broad parameters.
