Description Service Desk Associates provide technical assistance to end-users using systems and tools supported by the Service Desk. This support is provided via telephone and email. Associates answer a variety of technical questions, perform basic troubleshooting, follow documented support processes, adhere to strict security and user identification protocol, reset passwords, assist with remote access and multi-factor authentication difficulties, and use documented escalation procedures for unresolved issues. This position requires a full day of sitting, speaking, and typing, and could include working any shift within a 24-hour day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift will be determined by organizational needs. Skills Service desk, Customer service, servicenow, Office 365, active directory, Phone support Top Skills Details Service desk,Customer service,servicenow Additional Skills & Qualifications Provide helpful, friendly support to the people who contact the Service Desk for support Communicate clearly to ensure full understanding of the issue Troubleshoot technical issues with logical refining questions Skillfully search the knowledgebase to locate, read, and follow appropriate articles Ensure all security protocols are followed accurately for each encounter Collaborate with colleagues on and off the Service Desk Talk and listen while accurately typing notes and reading support information Create well-documented incidents in ServiceNow. Performs semi-complex work within area of specialization. Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve or escalate them appropriately. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Southfield, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
