Onsite \| Entry-Level \| Growth Opportunity We're looking for a detailoriented candidate with mortgage processing experience to support our loan review and setup team. What You'll Do * Work within our loan systems to learn file flow and loan structure * Review income documents (W2s, pay stubs, etc.) and determine if they meet policy requirements * Evaluate credit reports and asset statements * Follow internal policies and procedures to confirm document acceptability * Assist with base file setup and loan organization What We're Looking For * 2+ years of mortgage or loan processing experience * Experience with Encompass (strongly preferred) * Familiarity with loan structure, credit review, and income/asset documentation * Strong attention to detail and comfort with 10key and reporting tasks Ideal For Candidates With * Previous mortgage processing or credit analysis experience * Ability to read and interpret income docs, credit reports, and guidelines Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.
