Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Environmental Field Technician to join our team and support environmental testing, monitoring, and field investigation and remediation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fieldwork, learning technical skills, and contributing to highquality environmental projects. The technician will work under established procedures and receive progressive training to take on increasing responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities Perform basic field tests in accordance with well-defined procedures and standardized methodologies. Assist with the collection, documentation, and verification of survey and measurement data. Support the operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of environmental remediation systems. Assist in the construction and installation of groundwater monitoring wells. Work alongside and support senior technicians on more complex assignments and technical project tasks. Progressively assume greater responsibility and participate in ongoing training and development activities. Safely operate company vehicles, such as a Ford F150 or equivalent, while adhering to all applicable policies. Follow all safety rules, standards, and project-specific guidelines; participate in pretask planning and promptly report any safety concerns to management. Maintain high quality standards for all work performed and ensure compliance with project specifications. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience or the equivalent in training and related experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions. Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history. Ability to lift and carry equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
