Field Service Technician

• Perform Magnetic Active Cancellation System (MACS) installations, MACS services, Vibration solutions, site surveys involving magenetics, vibrations, acoustics, and RF, FMDS, and TechGate installations
• Generate technical reports for each field visit related to MACS service and site survey reports
• Repair and troubleshoot for MACS and FMDS installations
• Provide training for field service technicians
• Performs demonstrations for customers and OEMs
• 90% travel; both domestic and international, potential nights and weekends

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent experience required
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment including signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMM, etc.
• 1+ years of Field Service experience
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and repairs
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Good driving record with a valid driver's license; must be able to rent a car from a national corporation
• In-depth understanding of testing concepts
• Valid Driver's License

• Experience with electromagnetic field (EMF) and radio frequency (RF)
