Job Posting Title Manufacturing EngineerJob Description Summary Dauch is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Royal Oak, Michigan within our Metal Forming organization!The Manufacturing Engineer implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to enhance efficiency. They also establish control charting of critical features and processes; monitor results and determine machine and process capabilities, as well as performance reliability. This individual will lead the implementation of new processes, selection of equipment to be purchased, and time estimates. They will also identify optimal tooling for machining, resolve issues with design, manufacturability, or build sequences and ensure production-part acceptance and manufacturing readiness. They will also get the opportunity to participate in the adoption of new technologies and processes to achieve greater efficiency.
