Start your journey as a Sr. Engineering Technician at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring manufacturability in new product designs, diagnosing manufacturing issues, improving manufacturing processes in a fast paced, innovation-centric environment. This also includes, providing system analysis of customer applications and root cause analysis of product and customer system issues.



Our Engineering team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Job Requirements:

Are You Looking To:



  • Support Design Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to fulfill customers' needs.
  • Participate in new product development efforts with manufacturability design input
  • Diagnose, Debug, Correct, and Document manufacturing problems as they arise.
  • Improve Manufacturing processes to increase quality, efficiency, and/or throughput
  • Establish Personal Time Management System.
  • Display a professional demeanor and dress when representing Bel to Customers and Suppliers.
  • Mentor Engineers and Technicians.


Are You Ready To:



  • Assume other projects and responsibilities from time to time as directed.
  • Learn new technologies as required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is presumed to be an essential function of all employment.
  • Work with Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Quality personnel.
  • Daily independent and team decisions relating to new product programs and design projects. Has influence on design and manufacturing operations as related to manufacturability, schedule and product performance.


What You'll Need:



  • 10+ years of high-speed electronics design, debugging, and manufacturing
  • Experience in fast-paced product development cycles
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
  • Must be a Lawful U.S. Permanent Resident or Citizen
