What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end to end trade lifecycle for SWAPs, including booking, validation, confirmation, and reconciliation, while proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to reduce operational and financial risk. Working closely with traders, risk management, back-office teams, and external counterparties, you will help ensure smooth workflows, timely settlements, and strong operational controls. The role also offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, leverage key platforms such as Calypso, SPECs, and Traiana, and provide meaningful insights into SWAP portfolios, risk exposure, and lifecycle events. This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem solving, and is motivated by continuous improvement in a high performing operational environment. You will be expected to take ownership of issues, investigate root causes, and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining strong relationships across regions. Collaboration, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key to success in this role.
Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $110,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
