Quality Assurance Specialist

At Staffmark Group we help to produce and distribute products that make an impact on the world. The Quality Assurance Specialist helps lead others by training and mentoring talent for the onsite team supporting KCC business and research. "Together we deliver better care for a better world"

The right candidate will demonstrate the ability to train others and reinforce the processes established in the lab. This individual will be a self-starter and organizing their day based on business needs with little to no supervision.

Core Functions:

• Owning proficiency tracking and validation of demonstration of knowledge on critical quality processes (i.e. equipment log, validation sheets)
• Ensuring the floor is following approved processes and procedures
• Ensuring accuracy of Advantage-owned training records
• Lead quality Innovation non-conformance Investigation Process when needed
• Assisting with development and implementation of new or changing processes/procedures, including mentoring/training
• Preparing and maintaining training records for employee training (quality management documentation)
• Training, mentoring, and escalation where needed on approved processes (SOP's, innovation process, packaging process, hospital inspection process)
